What is It?

Social media marketing provides practices the ability to showcase their brand and build valuable relationships within the various social networks. Your social presence matters, and social media allows practices to have daily interactions with their prospects and patients, increasing your reach and your brand awareness.

Turbo’s Social Media Management program is focused on patient retention and education, using social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Our social media marketing management package includes up to 3 posts per week.  We will also make sure to syndicate your content marketing pieces through your social networks, as well as post about national holidays. If you have any additional photos or videos, from events or otherwise, we’ll post those as well, in addition to our regularly scheduled posting.

How does this help my practice?

  • Increased brand awareness
  • Social “footprint” and engagement can improve search engine rankings
  • Patient education
  • Increased website traffic
  • Higher value leads generated
  • Ability to connect with patients and prospects

What kind of results can I expect?

It’s important to know that social media marketing isn’t a lead generation tactic. Sure, you may generate leads as a result of your interaction, but without running ads, the goal is engagement. This will help build the know, like and trust between patients, and potential patients, and the practices.

While this engagement – the key performance indicator for social media marketing in this context – may be hard to measure, at TRBO we have a formula we use to measure the effectiveness of your practice’s social media profiles.  We focus on increasing activity from your social media followers, as well as increasing traffic to your website, but we need your help in optimizing this engagement…

What input is required from my practice?

The practices that are most successful with social media invoke personality into their posting, using photos and/or videos taken from within their practice to create relationships with their social media followers.

Here is what is required for optimal success:

  • Participation in the strategy session each month
  • Details on upcoming events within the practice
  • Details on announcements and changes within the practice (new staff members, awards, certifications, new procedures, etc)
  • Details on staff members we can highlight
  • Practice provided photos and videos
  • Approval of posts

How much lead time is required to produce this each month?

1-2 weeks lead time for social posts creation is required, at a minimum.  Your account manager will line up a publication schedule on your behalf, as far as a month in advance, with upcoming holidays taken into account
