Our first big project of the year has wrapped up; a full website re-design for Katherine Nitta, MD. A board-certified plastic surgeon in Newport Beach, CA, Dr. Nitta has been in practice for over a decade.
Dr. Nitta came to TRBO in need of a complete overhaul of her website, as well as digital marketing help. Our ultimate goal is to build up her practice visibility, drive more traffic, and generate more leads, however the first step is establishing a beautiful, highly functional website. We started from scratch with a design concept, focusing on a combination of both aesthetically pleasing and functional features.
Here are some of the features of the new WordPress website:

- improved navigation for seamlessly accessing individual procedure pages
- Turbo photo gallery

- full search engine optimization

- web forms for improved lead generation
You can see the difference in the before and afters below. The old website had low-quality images, an outdated gallery, limited mobile effectiveness, no calls to action, and no search engine optimization. The lack of SEO played a role in Dr. Nitta’s lack of visibility, but the bigger culprit was her entire website configuration. As you can see by the animated gif below, on her old site if you navigated to any inner page you completely left the site and went onto a sub-domain of the hosting company. Needless to say, our new WordPress website is all part of the same domain.
